Frequently Asked Questions

What should I wear to a session?

Wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows you to move freely during both the massage and the exercises. Most clients choose to remain partially or fully clothed during the massage. The goal is to ensure you feel relaxed and at ease while receiving the best care possible.

How long is a session?

The length of the session depends on your needs and preferences. Most clients choose to have a 60-minute massage. We also offer 30-minute massages, 90-minute massages, and 120-minute massages.

What are corrective exercises, and how do they complement massage?

Corrective exercises are targeted movements designed to address muscle imbalances, improve posture, and enhance mobility. When combined with massage, they can provide long-term relief by addressing the root causes of pain.

Can I have a massage without the exercises?

Not every client will need or choose to incorporate corrective exercises into their daily routine. During our initial session, we’ll discuss your personal goals and develop a plan tailored specifically for you. While many people can benefit from incorporating a few simple exercises into their day—especially for certain symptoms—the decision to include them is entirely up to you. My role is to provide guidance and recommendations that support your wellness journey, ensuring you feel empowered to make the choices that best suit your needs.
