Your Session: What To Expect
1. Assessments: Understanding Where You're At
Every session begins with a conversation—how are you feeling today? Whether you're dealing with a specific area of pain or coming in for general maintenance, I use physical assessments to identify what areas of your body are contributing to the issue. Pain often shows up in one place, while the root cause lies elsewhere. These assessments help us pinpoint where to focus our attention for long-term, meaningful results. I also take time to check in on your personal goals—whether it’s getting back to running, improving sleep, or simply reducing stress. Your goals help shape how I work with you, ensuring that each session moves you closer to where you want to be.

2. Hands on Manual Techniques & Table Work
Once we’ve identified what your body needs, we get to work. This part of the session typically takes the majority of our time and includes focused hands-on techniques tailored to your current condition—whether we’re addressing a nerve, muscle or Joint issue. Each session is personalized, blending hands on work, Adhesion Release Method, and other soft tissue techniques to help your body reset, restore, and function at its best.
3. Movement & Support: Building on Your Progress
Depending on your needs and goals, I may provide corrective exercises or movement strategies designed to support your progress between sessions. These are simple, targeted tools that help strengthen your body, improve mobility, and retrain the nervous system for better balance and performance. Not every client receives exercises, and for some, movement work becomes a primary focus. Everything is tailored to what your body needs—and what will best support your path to lasting relief and resilience.
