Welcome To
Living Touch Therapeutics!
My name is Benjamin Mishleau, and I’m a licensed massage therapist and certified personal trainer based in Lincoln, Nebraska. My passion for massage and understanding the human body began at the age of 13 when I started reading about massage and practicing on family and friends. I quickly discovered how rewarding it was to help others move from pain and tension to relaxation and comfort. This early curiosity grew into a lifelong journey of learning.
I became a licensed massage therapist in 2021 and, along the way, developed a deep interest in physical fitness and the role of exercise in pain relief and improving quality of life. In 2023, I earned my NASM certification in Personal Training, and in 2025 I earned my NASM certification as a Corrective Exercise Specialist. Today, I combine massage therapy and corrective exercise to help my clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and live healthier, happier lives. It’s a career I truly love.

Massage Therapy
I offer a range of massage services, but I primarily focus on therapeutic and medical-style massage. Rather than emphasizing relaxation, my goal is to address and resolve specific issues such as back pain, chronic headaches, neck stiffness, frozen shoulder, and plantar fasciitis. This approach can sometimes be more intense, as working through sore muscles may trigger discomfort before they can fully relax. However, causing pain is never my goal—I am continually learning new and better techniques to help my clients feel and move better with minimal discomfort. Each session, I aim to provide some initial time for more intense therapeutic work, and then include some time for a more relaxed massage at the end of the session.

Corrective Exercise & Personal Training
While massage is my passion, personal fitness and training bring me joy and often play an important role in helping my clients recover from pain and stiffness. While massage alone is highly beneficial, combining it with targeted exercises between sessions can lead to a quicker and more complete recovery. Many of the exercises I provide require no additional equipment and take just a few minutes each day. While some clients choose to go deeper into their fitness journey, working with me on specific training plans and goals, massage remains the core of what I do.
